This page is for entering details of an event you would like to book at the Bermuda Phoenix Centre. Please enter as much detail as possible to enable us to provide the correct facilities for your event. If you have a more general query, please use the ‘General Enquiry’ box, not the Booking form. 

For Party-type events, you will be able to arrange your own Food/Drinks and/or Music – please indicate on the form if you are going to do this so we can provide appropriate facilities, e.g. tables, connections to our audio system.

For Meeting/conference events, please indicate the number of people expected so that we can provide appropriate seating arrangements.

All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed if the date/time/room is available.
